Oh Lord,

Let us recede from all that which is misaligned with virtue, and advance towards righteousness. Not so that we may shrink from the world, but so that we may escape this life unmarred by its fangs.

Let us walk a noble path, and find greatness in small fortunes. Let us come to you in repentance as often as knowledge of our own misdoing comes to mind, so that we may keep our covenants with you, and restore our original purity.

May we uphold the tenets of our faith and the sanctity of life itself, and gather knowledge of your works so that we may build our own testimony, and recognize you on the last day.
